Course Description
This two (2) hour course provides each student with a detailed analysis of the policy, laws and requirements associated with the Endangered Species Act. The course includes an in-depth review of the Endangered Species Act, major rules promulgated under the Act, “on-the-ground” applications, and case studies, all aimed at putting the student in the shoes of policy-makers.
